good exercises for your back

Warms up and strengthens entire back.

Lie on your stomach, reach your arms out into a Superman pose, with your palms down. Lift your arms and legs off the ground as high as you can. Without touching the ground, reach your hands all the way back toward your heels and turn them palm side up. Go back and forth twenty times without touching the ground. Resist looking up.

Back Twist

Opens entire back and legs.

Sit with one bent leg and one straight. Clasp the outside of your right foot with your left hand.With your right hand, slightly press the ground and look over your right shoulder. Try to get your left armpit over your right leg. Hold for twenty seconds, then switch.
