THIS IS A FIX!!! If you can't run your .reg file go to Start->Run, type regedit, click OK button. In Registry Editor navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes and make sure that you have all the above Keys with proper values. Mine PC was missing the whole "WIA.AutoplayDropHandler.1\shell" section and everything under it. Had to create manually.
