How to get the best out of your people

I’m happy for them to invent the solution and to conclude it, but I want them to bring it to me as well so that I’m across it.  This ensures accountability. involve and engage staff in the overall vision so they have a sense of working towards a common goal. Acknowledge them and reward them in ways unique to them - for some it will be money, for others flexible working hours, or trips overseas
