Cannot see the video

Invoke Solutions | Cannot see the video
Cause of the Problem:

Either the video did not finish downloading, or the version of Media Player is too low.

Solution:

* If there is a "Downloading" message:
If you see a ‘please wait, downloading’ message on the left hand side of the screen ,
it seems that the video file did not fully download yet, it might finish in a matter of minutes.
NOTE - You may still be able to view it as the video clips are sometimes displayed twice.

* If the screen is just blank:
o Check if the browser is stuck:
Can you minimize the browser window, or open one of the menus? If the browser does not respond click here.

* Optional: perform media computability test:
To see if your system supports the media files, Open a browser window, and type the following in the address bar:
o For Flash files:
http://www.invoke.com/support/flash_test.html
o For WMV video files:
http://www.invoke.com/support/media-test-6.html

If you cannot see and hear the media file, your system does not support this media.

* For WMV files - Check Media Player version:
o Open the media player:
Open the START menu, and go to PROGRAMS->ACCESSORIES->ENTERTAINMENT, and click on WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER.

o Check the version:
Open the help menu on the right hand side of the menu bar, and choose ‘about windows media player’, and see what the version is.
+ If the version is 6.4 or higher – it’s compatible.
+ If the version is lower then 6.4 – it’s not compatible:
It seems that the Windows Media Player you are using is outdated and does not meet our system requirements, you might try to download a newer version of media player from the following URL:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/
In the mean time, try to continue and answer questions that you can.

* For QuickTime files - Check QuickTime version:
o Open the QT player:
Open the START menu, and go to PROGRAMS->QuickTime, and click on QuickTime PLAYER.

o Check the version:
Open the help menu on the right hand side of the menu bar, and choose ‘about QuickTime player’, and see what the version is.
+ If the version is 5.0 or higher – it’s compatible.
+ If the version is lower then 5.0 – it’s not compatible:
It seems that the QuickTime Player you are using is outdated and does not meet our system requirements, you might try to download a newer version of QuickTime Player from the QuickTime web site:
