fix sp3 update problem with HP pc using AMD

Have you included Windows XP (service pack 3) on your computer?. Does it kept restarting and restarting all day. This is a known bug, but seems to affect only HP machines with AMD processors...unless anyones more information.

There appears to be a couple of fixes. One involves uninstall the sp3, run the sp37394.exe fix, then reinstall sp3.
