Well, i've head that just household vinegar is a mild natural disinfectant but it can become a very strong one when mixed with certain ingredients.
The acetic acid in vinegar is a pretty good deodorizer, and cleaner which will cut grease and soap scum, dissolve mineral buildup, and inhibit mold and bacteria growth.
However, recent research on sanitizing food and food preparation surfaces, showed that the efficiency of vinegar as a disinfectant could be increased by 10 times when the surface or food was sprayed with normal vinegar (5% acetic acid) and hydrogen peroxide (3%) over either one of the sprays alone.
They found that this spray combination killed virtually all Salmonella, Shigella, and E. Coli bacteria present on heavily contaminated food and food preparation surfaces.
Also, last year researchers from MicroChem Lab Inc. in Euless, Texas, raised the bar even higher by reporting at the American Society for Microbiology, that a solution of vinegar and regular household bleach could be used, not just as a powerful disinfectant, but as a very effective sterilizing agent against bacterial spoors dried onto test surfaces.
Yes household vinegar is a mild natural disinfectant but it can become a very strong one when combined with certain other ingredients.

some other quick and free cleaning tips
and since, i've found that many companies use it to mop floors after diluting in water. Other's i've talked to say it does little to help in disinfection.
It does help in removing mineral deposits and rust or as a fungal herbicide some say. Word is that it can act as a fabric softner just put it in the rinse cycle and it will also make your clothes smell nice, fluff them and keep lint off of them. And again, you can also use it to clean windows mirrors, glass. apparently it works better than windex and leaves no streaks at all.
Also use it in your yard to keep dogs and cats from digging in plants or going potty where you dont want them too... just sprinkle some in the area and they will leave it alone, they dont like the smell. you can also use it to absorb odors in your home just boil some in a pot and let it simmer for about 30 min. it can also be put in a spray bottle with some lemon juice and water to freshen the air.
